Mt treatment usually starts in calm and cosy room where you can hear surrounding busy noisy daily life in hairdressers. As soon as we decide whats the problem, you will right away feel great. I usually deep cleanse the face and shoulders, give some nice massage to face, jaw, shoulders, hands and head, but not always exactly the same. Then the other part is totally different feeling as your heart is open, I can cleanse mind(at least for a bit) and feed the skin . I will give you my energy . Pretty much that is it and I am not sure how long exactly it will take. maybe all in total 1h/roughly,,
Massage
Wow. Who doesn't like massages..?!
Especially the ones that Really help??? Like for example- eczema or psorisis free massage. Or let's say- pain away- ankle massage? SO if you would have sore ankle for long time, I would be able to heal, might sessions would be needed. it's depending of human- as everyone is different.
Anxiety, depression, insomnia.
